It chose VMware hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) powered by VMware vSAN and VMware vSphere, with VMware NSX-T Data Center to create a Software-Defined Data Center that would create scalability and allow the organization to develop new applications and put them into production extremely rapidly. William Hill is now implementing VMware Cloud on AWS to provide a secure agile platform on which it can migrate workloads quickly and work around key sporting events like Cheltenham Festival and the Grand National.
